Am going in to pay predial tomorrow in Chapala

First time I have done this. Absentee landlord, and I am the appointee. I do not have a clue. Do I just walk in and shout for help or can someone walk me through the process? Thanks, T.

Did it today, with no help from anyone. The wonderful Mexican senoras, who speak no English, guided me in and out of the process and I was done in less than ten minutes. What a country. What wonderful folks. T
