My wife and I and 2-13 year old lazy cats are looking for a house with a nice view around Ajijic in a quiet neighborhood. We're all non-smokers. We prefer unfurnished or partial furnished. Minimum 2 bedroom 2 bath. We can be patient if someone will have something in a couple of months. $1000.00 max rent. We can provide references. Please PM if you can help.

Thanks, johninajijic - we really need long term. I did see your post and that's what made me think of doing a WANTED post. We live here full time and want at least one year.

Isn't this house actually for sale, too? That might have been a good thing to tell a potential LONG TERM renter, John.
