• Speak some Spanish. Speak proficient dog. Speak fluent cat. Willing to
learn bird.
• Own my own home in Santa Monica, CA, which I rent out to vacationers.

• Owned my own business. I can handle your phone calls, household staff and

• Just need a quiet place to complete my book about Iraqi refugees. Must have
