Hello Rolly, Rolly you and or he might want to check a little more thoroughly about HAVING to travel direct without stopping or changing planes in the USA to visit Canada. Several Major Hubs allow for "in transit" passenger areas without crossing immigration or customs areas. He might do well to go to the computer to the various airports such as Dallas, Houston, Chicago, etc., and see if any of these airports have such a possibility. Many airport sites have a terminal map that give a good indication of such "in transit" areas and if they don't, one can always call or e mail the various carriers and or airport managers and ask them if this or that airport have such an "in Transit" area. I have personally traveled that way in the past, through other countries headed to a final (different) country. Just a thought. robt65
