General Question
Can any expenses related to a "Second" home in Mexico be taken off on ones US income tax ?
Plane Trips to "Check it out", but not stay for long periods.
Property Tax
Home Repairs (While checking out the home).
Home Loan
Care Taker Expenses
Just the same, if one from the US was to sell a home in Mexico, the US would want to collect tax.
