Budget Airline from the D.F. to Tuxtla Gutiérrez

I have an invitation to spend Semana Santa in San Cristóbal de las Casas (!). Since I don't think I could deal with a bus ride from Mexico City to San Cristóbal, I'm hoping to find an inexpensive flight to Tuxtla and then take a bus uphill to San Cristóbal. Can anyone recommend an airline that would fit the bill?

You might take a look at VivaAerobus. Their website says their beginning service to Tuxtla from el D.F. in March.....but something is funky about the site right now. I see dates in March, but not in April. That's pretty ridiculous, and is maybe a glitch. Check back in a day or two, if so.

From the D.F., I'd also check the other usual suspects: Interjet, Volaris, etc. Not sure which ones fly that route though. And finding a deeply discounted ticket during that week could be wishful thinking, too. But you never know...

I just made a reservation on Interjet to fly to Chiapas over Semana Santa. The price I´m paying isn't super-low but it won't break my budget, gracias a Dios. Volaris doesn't fly to Tuxtla Gutiérrez and the time of the one VivaAerobus daily flight from the D.F. to Tuxtla wasn't convenient for me though the price was almost too good to be true.
