I notice this "wempa" is fairly persistent at advertising La Empanada Gallega. Besides being decidedly un-Mexican, the other thing that struck me about this site was the complete absence of accents. Surely anyone who is really in Spain knows how to get accents onto a web page. On the other hand, there's some interesting information there ... I'm tempted to make a scallop empanada myself.
