What has your State Governor been up to lately? The new Governor of Sinaloa has been busy courting foreigners recently (though he doesn't speak English.) Some think it's an okay idea, others think he should be concentrating (and spending) on more urgent pressing matters; things that concern voters and taxpayers.

The church donation (in dollars) he made on behalf of the Government on Sunday is shaping up to cause a bit of a stir amongst the local community, judging by the comments on the news article.
