This is how I make'em...

These WILL knock your socks off, and you have permission to tone them down a bit!

1 part Triple Sec
1 part tequila
1 part lime juice

Blend with ice in blender. Pour into salt-rimmed glass. (Actually, I mix without the ice and serve on the rocks.)

When I'm REALLY lazy (and before tequila became so expensive), I'd pour a shot of tequila into a glass of Squirt. Now THAT's lazy.

Tia has it right. You can also make an OK drink with Tequila and Crystal Lite lemonade. Personally, I think Fresca works better than Sprite as a mixer. In my part of Mexico Fresca + T is called a canario (canary).

Are you aware that Margarita is not a Mexican drink? It's a gringo thing pretending to be Mexican,
