Music Scene

Is there a vibrant music scene in San Cristobal? I was there earlier in January and went to a great little music store, so there must be a need for it. I'm a guitarist, blues, Latin rock (Santana), classic rock, rock, etc.. Is there a market for that music at all in the San Cristobal area?

Some good bands and musicians come and go. There is a small Jazz festival as well. There was a great group a couple of years ago that played at the Revolucion but I have not seen them for a while. As I said people come and go.
