Hi I wrote a book about Yucatan the name is Xtabentum: A Novel of Yucatan.

Reviews:
It's clearly written by someone with a passion for the material. Obviously a lot of work and research went into this. Something of a labor of love, I'd guess, and it's showing.
A family story with all the rich cultural references combined with a bit of intrigue. Great job with the descriptions of the towns, driving and other peculiarities of "going home" to a latin culture.

If you read, it please let me know what do you think?

sounds interesting! I'll suggest it as a purchase by the Merida English Library. If you haven't already, you might also want to post about it on the local Yucatan forum, Yolisto.com, which has a large number of members specifically interested in (or living in) Yucatan.

Not sure where you are in the Yucatan but you might want to pitch your book at the book store in Puerto Morelos. They claim to be one of the largest English bookstores in Latin America.
