Laredo Bridge II Crossing

How would travelers who use this crossing generally judge the wait time/difficulty for a mid afternoon crossing this Thursday heading south into Mexico? I generally use the Colombia crossing but with recent posts thinking of changing to Laredo.

There used to be a great site with webcams on all the bridges, but seems to be shut down now, don't know if it's permanent or temp.

If you visit the site Rolly referenced from a mobile phone, you get a different page and you have to drill down another level or drill to get the data for your bridge. I'd recommend doing this beforehand and bookmarking it.

Two problems I have with that site though. One, I don't trust the accuracy of the data. Most bridges show no delay or minimal delay and I don't recall ever seeing it say more than 45 min. delay. I've checked it during times I typically find more than 60 min delay and it'll say 15 min so I think they are, let's say, very optimistic. Two, the delay right now has little to do with the delay a few hours from now so the data is really only useful when you are about an hour away and still have a reasonable choice of crossings to take.

Also, this site is for northbound delays entering the U.S. and will not show southbound delays entering Mexico.
