HI - I am an older American woman, traveling alone, non smoking, quiet, clean, and responsible - I would like to find a quiet, reasonable monthly rental in an interesting place; I am open to suggestions but I dislike hyper-tourist places like Cancun, etc - I speak some Spanish, but I do not have a car - I would need something from the 25 of January - thank you for any suggestions - Jean

Hello,
Currently my house is rented out and I lose approx 400 dollars per month compared to rent income to my mortgage. (Better then all of it) Plus I pay another 400 in mgmt fees, lawn, utilities. Net loss is 800, principle is approx 360 as the mortgage is new-ish.
