Ojinaga/Presidio crossing and car permit question

Greetings,

I am returning to the U.S. and have a temp car sticker. Does the Ojinaga crossing have an office where I can cancel my permit, or do I have to cross the border elsewhere?

Yes it does. It is right at the border in the same building where one gets the car permit and their visa.
