Working as a nurse in Cabo

Can anyone tell me the requirements for working in the nursing profession in the Cabo area. I have read some of the postings that indicate it is hard for an American to find a job in Cabo. Does anyone know of an agency that I could contact about health care jobs. thanks

Plenty of Mexican nurses here, You would not to be able to get a legal nursing job. There is (I think) a US based companies who has a doc in a box operation, maybe you could get a job through a US corperation. Probably unlikely..
