Adobe house

I am thinking of building an adobe house near Dolores Hidalgo and wondered if anyone out there has done one and has any hints or tips about using this type of material, Thanks Rick

You may want to contact Tierra y Cal. They are based in Atotonilco near Dolores and make compressed earth block (CEB). They are also in the process of restoring a 100+ year old adobe bldg on their property. Their website is:
