I would like to try making those caramel coconut candies they sell in Mexico with our kids . You know they are almost gooy but not quite.They taste almost as if there is canned milk in them . I did try a search of the archieves for dulces but came up empty . If anyone has a recipe or link I'd appreciate it very much . Thanks . from florasita
