Wheat germ?

I've been trying to find wheat germ in our local groceries, with no success. I haven't been able to find a translation, and my explanations (trigo, pero no harina de trigo) don't seem to get my point across.
Is this something that is typically sold in grocery stores? If not, where?

Germen de trigo. Many grocers carry it or any health food store near you..

Look for stores calling themselves Tienda Naturista or some variation of, or stores of the Nutrisa chain.
