Michoacan Christmas Ornament Town

Last year I visited the cutest little town in Michoacan. Built into a steep hill like a little San Francisco or something. Just darling. Tons of little shops selling all manner of glasswear but also spectacular Christmas ornaments.
I can not remember the name of this town to save my life. Anyone out there that can help me? The church was at the top of the hill and enormous. Bigger than usual. It was quite a sight....
Also, it seemed to be an area that specialized in candy and candied fruits. It was for sale everywhere by the tons. Stuff I have never seen in GTO.

Yep, that is it. Just cute, really cute. Much of the place reminded of me Germany when I was a kid. Very similar construction.
At the bottom of the hill is a river. Much of it was running as white water at the time. Maybe not like that all year? Nevertheless, cute cute cute.
