We are looking for a home or condo in Northern Mexico and would like to exchange or home on Lake Atitlan Guatemala which has a current value of approximately 450k USD.

"Northern México" covers a lot of territory. Do you have any specific locations in mind?

We have spent a lot of time in Mexico and love all of it. We would like to get something within a day's drive of Brownsville. We have pets and getting them back and forth to Guatemala is difficult. Hence, our desire to get something within an easy drive of the USA border.
