i'm curious about the word coraje,as in me dio mucho coraje cuando me robaron la cartera,does'nt coraje mean courage,is this just mexican usage?

Like a ton of words in all languages, coraje has multiple meanings, one of which is anger, for example, Me da coraje cuando me mientas.

And here’s an online dictionary entry that makes this dual meaning clear. And another one. I’m not skilled in the subtleties of how to convey when coraje means courage and when it means anger, so if I wanted to say “courage,” I would use the word valor to be unambiguous.
