Ayacotes/Fat Beans

Just a quick followup to a posting I made below. I had a very helpful answering post that I could substitute red kidney beans. That was the suggestion a friend of mine had too. But she was also able to tell me that Ayacotes are red, but large and she has seen them sold at "Fat Beans" in a few farmers markets here in the south. A few phone call revealed that these are the beans of the scarlet runner bean. Just thought I would let you-all know!
