Construction costs

I am woundering if anyone has figured out the wall construction cost per linear meter or square meter using concrete block vs. brick including metal(vigas and castillas) and labor in the Guadalajara area. If so could you post said costs

Vigas can't be figured into wall construction - and what size and length

They make brick the same size as block and both cost about 2500-2800 per 1000. Standard brick is about 1800 per 1000

Mortar 80 and cement 100 per bag

Varilla depends on size

Foundation is major but you didn't mention .... you talking second floor

Yes, second floor over patio. I am really looking for a cost per linear or square meter.
