The above article indicates that Archer Daniels Midland sees Mexico as an opportunity to turn around their lower sales of corn sweeteners. Now isn't that being right neighborly! Their sales NOB have declined due to health concerns, so lets just pawn this product off on the people of Mexico.

This changes nothing as far as the health of the Mexican people is concerned. Now, they use refined cane sugar rather than corn sweeteners. Corn or cane, the result is the same. In this land of rampant Type Two Diabetes and unhealthy diets, ADM will change nothing with its corn sweetener campaign.
