Writer on remarkably limited budget needs a clean and well-lit place where I can shut the door and get lost in my work. A studio or room with cooking facilities is fine -- what's most important is solitude, quiet, and cleanliness. No car, so I'll need somewhat easy access to food/bus station etc.
