Hola,
Im doing a project in my spanish class and would like some recipes from Oaxaca. I would like some easy,cheap,and tasty recipes,such as appetizers. Also it would be great if they're not perishable right away and easy to carry. some more complex recipes would be okay. I can cook quite well. I just have 20-30 people to cook for. So please email me with some recipes or information on Oaxacan cuisine.
