We are leaving in a few weeks from quintana roo to relocate to the mountains. We want to rent a house or cabin with at least 2 bedrooms in a semi-rural area within 30 km of tacambaro or in estado de mexico within 30 km of tenancingo. long term.
Ideally we want a fireplace, furnished and washing machine or hook-up possibilities.
we are flexible.

Is the 30 kms also an "ideally" request? Is Tzintzuntzan area a consideration?

Is a good Internet connection a requisite?

FLYBUY; i remember a longish thread on this subject that you started some months ago.

IMO, the best way to find housing in a specific area is to go there, rent a hotel room, walk around, ask questions and look at bulletin board notices; laundries, spermarkets, telephone poles, walls. As far as I know, none of us Mexconnecters lives near Tacambaro. I think Dr. Mkie lives somewhere in Edo de Mexico.
