I have been trying to recreate a recipe for a meat sauce which is used at a Taco restaurant in Culver City, CA, called Tito's for years.. Recently I had a sauce they called Chile Colorado which was almost like the Tito's meat sauce. I did find out they use ground cloves and paprika in that sauce but was unable to find out exactly how to make it. I was wondering if anyone has a meat sauce recipe which uses cloves and paprika. I would be so appreciative if I could finally recreate something I grew up with.
