New car every year? Ok with FM3?

I have my car here with me now. I'm getting itchy for a newer car. I understand the car permit is valid as long as my FM3 is valid.

Can I drive this out of Mexico and trade for another car, and then bring the new car back in and get a new permit?

Can I keep doing this as often as I want to?

Yes. Just be sure to turn in your paperwork on the exiting car.
