Hello , I am an experienced real estate agent in the beauty of the Riviera Maya , Mexico .
I have always a lot of my clients who have doubts if buying in the Riviera Maya or Florida or California, and after doing marketing reserch I just notice two important reasons why investing in the Mayan Riviera is a lot more convenient!
1) Property tax are much lower than US
2)Renting your house for vacational rental is very convenient because you can rent your house for almost all year long.
