You need to be vary careful. Call the wrong people (you know DISH in the US and tell them that you are in Mexico) and the system will be turned off permanently. You need to determine what broker your owners are using and then contact said broker, perhaps here lakeside, to have the system reactivated. If I were you, I would check with the owners or their representative to find out the contact person.
It would also appear if you are getting no signal on one set that there may be something else wrong as well, you know, something that needs to be repaired.
