Heard disquieting news that in the Guadalupe Victoria to Villa Hidalgo area, vehicles, campers are being stopped at phony roadblocks and the vehicles are being stolen?? Can anybody confirm these rumors?

The link which is also posted on another topic) has a trailing %20 character at the end. Remove it and it works.

There was something similar today on the Autopista Mazatlán -> Tepic

From Milenio:

“Personas armadas instalaron un retén en la autopista Mazatlán-Tepic, en la caseta fitosanitaria que funciona en los límites de Sinaloa con Nayarit, a la altura de la comunidad La Concha y se robaron 13 vehículos.”

"People set up an armed roadblock on the highway Mazatlán, Tepic, in the agricultural inspection booth that operates on the limits of Sinaloa to Nayarit, by the community of La Concha and stole 13 vehicles."
