Months of June & July 2010. Furnished 1-bedroom bungalow, all utilities and free wifi included, 1 or 2 people. $300 per month + $200 refundable security. Double bed with nice big closet and big windows in BR. 5 blocks from Oaxaca Lending Library (a gringo hangout and wonderful place to get information), 11 blocks from ICO (language school), 13 blocks to the Zocalo. A great location -- 2 blocks from major bus & collectivo stop to outlying ruins and pueblos. All the food markets you need within 1 to 4 blocks. Parking on street right in front. Bungalow is on the property and behind the gate of a wonderful Mexican family -- they are always home, so security is not an issue at all. They have 2 well behaved and friendly dogs (which you are free to ignore if dogs aren't your thing), and a parrot. I can send you photos via email.
