My wife and I tackled this recipe over the weekend, and the result was fine indeed. We couldn't find either of the Tone's spices locally, even at Sam's Club (in Knoxville, TN), so we had to substitute some equivalent spice mixtures, and we substituted half-and-half for the heavy cream just to lower the calories a bit. Also, we followed Rolly's recommendation and sauteed the onions with a green pepper before adding the onion layer. Thanks to Rolly and Adriana for the fine recipe! The final dish was muy bueno accompanied by a cool Dos Equis.
