I've read very good reviews by those who have stayed there. The only negative reviews have been from those staying during peak national holidays when it tends to have lots of families with children running around. Children who of course use the pools, restaurants and elevators. Especially elevators! So check the national holiday calendar if this would bother you, and book around those dates. It's said to be very peaceful, otherwise.

my wife works there... and we have stay there 3 or 4 times and it has good services... if this is a low tourits time...

You'll generally find better information for hotel reviews on TripAdvisor. I'm not knocking MexConnect, but some forums are more travel oriented than others.
