This is a freeware & very good for this application.

I'm gonna look at it. I've been using Microsoft PhotoDraw (good for some things) but is clumsy for thumbs. Still don't know what Rolly has for a "depixializer".

So who's feet are those anyway

PhotoShop 6. It does a great job of stripping a file for fast loading on the internet.
