Cabrito, a new cooking adventure with Adriana

I love cabrito, so I was very happy that Adriana agreed to cook for me. Not one dish, but three.

The story begins with a trip to a goat farm the buy and slaughter two cabritos. Here is that part -- only a little gory.

Back at her house, the cooking begins.

Rolly, you and Adriana have outdone yourselves. A big fat WOW! to both of you. Wish I'd been there to help slaughter, cook, and eat that goat.
