We caught the children's parade a few years ago, had a good time. They set up folding chairs, which you need to pay for, but it was not expensive.
Veracruz is a great city, I tend to think of it as a party town.
A Mexican friend of mine goes to Veracruz for carnival each year.
I am referring to Veracruz City, a large city.
