I'm going to jump in here, but it may be wrong. As a Canadian I do not require anything other than a valid Passport. On the plane they hand out forms for a visitors permit which you need to fill out. On leaving Cuba you are charged US$ 20.00 IN CASH only.

I also asked an Aussie friend of ine who just went there a short time ago and she does not remember needing a visa.

Go to a travel agency and they should be able to tell you as well.
