If anyone goes to Leon, this museum, now a year old, is quite beautiful. The complex is very well designed and the museum itself is very handsome and the exhibits are very professionally installed and curated. English tours can be arranged by calling 477-763-3534, ext 211 or 231. The current exhibit on the pre-hispanic cultures of Veracruz is terrific. The book store may be the best in Leon--but only books in Spanish are available. They also sell DVDs of old Mexican movies.
