The first "Bicitón" 2009 will be this coming 14th and 15th of November in the Parque Juárez here in Xalapa. The purpose of Biciton is that people donate their old bicycles and parts to be refurbished again into bicycles, trailers, weelchairs, "bambulances", etc. For more info see www.veracruzenbicicleta.ning.com
