Yes DISH Mexico is on a satellite at 77 degrees west which is east of here. To see a lineup of the programming, go to http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/dishmexico_sid.html It shows 49 channels Or do like I just did after writing the above and go to the web page Bournemouth showed (http://www.dish.com.mx/) and see not only the channel lineup but also the costs thereof As you can see the programming packages are designed for the the locals, not for the English only audience. However if you change your audio preferences to SAP you know Secondary Audio Programming on your TV, perhaps as many as 1/3 of the channels could be in English. (you won't get as many in English if you don't have the SAP option.) Another alternative might be to subscribe to digital cable. Our cable provider lakeside is Telecable (with the digital option I get channels 100 to 950). I even get the English language CNN in HD. And the day I checked the some 180 channels I could view, I got 66 channels in English. Oh besides the 180 channels there are also 5 HD, 16 PPV channels and 50 music audio channels
