Upholsterer and Seamstress in Morelia

I am looking for an upholsterer (for sofas) and a seamstress (for clothes alterations) in MOrelia. Any suggestions? Thanks.

No phone number (at least there's none on her business card)

On acueducto going towards el centro, look for the Army/military facility on the right side and you'll find Avenida Del Estudiante. Sorry, I just don't remember which side of the military facility it's on. The little shop is a walk-up. Yolanda is good and she is fast!
