Yesterday I watched a piece on the tube where Oprah had some of the most famous celebrities in the world on her show. A celebrity couple had one of the most beautiful woman in the world and her new celebrity husband from India. The glamorous and extravaganza piece not only highlighted their humongous fan craze but something I didn’t expect of these extremely rich and gloriously enamored stars. Yes, believe it or not, they have extremely devoted ties to family.
In fact these young stars still live in the tradition of their country whereby they live with their parents, as their fathers-fathers lived with theirs, for many generations. Even his beautiful wife Aishways Rai lives with here parents. Why am I saying all this, well it brings to mind the ties so many Latin’s and especially Mexico’s population traditionally follow. By Gringo standards, Mexican’s have massive families living together or in very close proximity to each other traditionally. As in India and perhaps many other countries, the family circle’s are very tightly interwoven and living otherwise would be totally out of the question.
Someone I believe on this forum or somewhere else said, our more current American generations run a gamut from Beatniks, Hippies, Yuppies and/or X - Y generation and now emerges the Boomerang generation. Which I found a bit amusing but afterthoughts started ringing louder and clearer telling how true it’s becoming due in part to the world financial crunch.
Yes, more and more young adult children like the Boomerangs are returning back home to roost with mom and dad. I’m seeing more and more of it, like as of late and I must admit yes, my young adult children love us so much, that they are back home again to roost like in the Indian, Mexican and more traditions………………..Don’t we just love it……………… ;-)
