My friend has a beautiful original haciendas ( renovated) by the beach, 1st class medical, shopping centers, cinema, library, american school, restaurants, etc....There are also a couple of apartments inside this tropical paradise, totally walled in for privacy as well as a pool, bar and spa, with the largest garage in Vallarta.

hi sounds great can we look it up on the net????. where did you get your name - Iguala - with one l near Taxco = and is the home of the Mexican flag regards Wynco

I did copy my name from the place you mentioned (can't believe I've finally been SPRUNG!) except I had to add another "L" in order to get the account.
About the hacienda, if you have a look on www.paradise77.wordpress.com I have compiled a little more info. The place is gorgeous, close to the beach, private walled in pool, spa, fruit and palm trees and in a secure nice neighbourhood.
It used to be an original hacienda on a banana plantation, but is now totally renovated inside with additional accomodation, but done by a brilliant production designer, so it looks very authentic with the renos- just better with copper piping, etc.
He is very motivated to sell this now, as a previous sale fell through and due to illness would like to let it go, so if you would like to make a decent offer, you can be the proud owner of this amazing estate. My private email is igualla@hotmail.com
