income requirement for FM3

Can't Post |

We just renewed our FM3's for the 2nd time in
Mazatlan and the income level we had to prove
was $9,500 pesos or say about $1,000 USD. As
I recall that is the same amount for the orig.
It was a very easy process and we got them
back in 2 days.

I have to renew my FM3 next month - also in Mazatlan. Can you tell me exactly what you had to take this year in order to renew? Thanks.

: :There are 6 items on the list given us by
immigration:
1. official appliction & copy (pick this up from
them and then take back when filled out)
2. Personnal application (another form)
3. valid passport - 1 copy
4. criminal & copy of the FM3
5. buy 3 forms SAT No.5 to make the payment of
$960 at the bank (we had to fill out this
form this year ourselves, last year the
bank filled it out)
6. proof of the applicant's income. last 3 bank
statements showing minimun of $9,500 pesos
per month - 1 copy

For item #4, we only took in the copy of our FM3
and nothing was said about the other requirement.
The girl now at the front desk speaks perfect
English, having attended high school in Burbank.
Very nice and helpful.

Can you transfer monthly money into a bank to "show income?"

I do not have to show bank statements as I have a large amount of money in Lloyds and that meets the requirements. I just get a letter from Lloyds stating my account balance.

Thanks, to clarify, instead of having monthly income, you can show your bank statement showing a good balance of money?
