Has anyone bought fish from the fish farm on the road to Celaya--I think it is called San Pedro's? I have been to one of these places in Michoacan and the rainbow trout was fantastic--pulled right out of the water. Anyway--I was hoping the one near San Miguel might be a sgood--but so far I have never had time to stop.
