use one of these kinds of systems when we had our house built in Mexico.
Our builder advised us that it was not practical. He said that the systems are not locally available, so that would have meant importing it from Canada or the US. He then told stories of horrors trying to get shipments intact through Mexican customs. (BTW, our property manager has been trying for over a year to get a shipment of clothing from Indonesia out of aduana in Manzanillo.)
Secondary to that, he described the typical work crews, at least in our area, as being very bound to their methods of construction. He anticipated that the construction process would be more difficult using such a significantly different building method. He was willing to do it, but cautioned us against it.
I still like the idea, but took our contractors advice.
