Foods cooked in La Reforma Mexico?

Looking for someone that can that can tell what sorts of dishes are cooked in La REforma Mexico. Want to surprise hubby with special dish from his area and i have no clue what is a specialty there. Thank you to anyone that can help!

Do you mean La Reforma in the state of Veracruz, or is it a different La Reforma?
