Building Methods: Colo to Mx

I'm moving to Mazatlan in a little more that 1 year. I've built and/or contracted in Denver for 22+ years. I don't plan to bring many wood related tools to Mexico with me. Not being a finish carpenter, rough is all I would ever need. I'd like to build in Maz. I have visited may times and watched the local methods. Here's what I need advice on: tools that work concrete, brick, plaster, stucco, stone, metal, seems to be the direction I'm going. Hand tools (hammer, sledge, chisel) I get, concrete breaker 90#, drills with the right bits and points, gas powered (or elec demo saw), anything that cuts or shapes masonry. I am looking for suggestions. Jim

Hire a good albanil(mason) and his helper, and tools for about $200.00 pesos a day. Sit back sip a beer, or go fishing.
